Sales Floor Manager

Position Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, fashion-savvy, and motivated individual to join our sales team full-time as a SALES FLOOR MANAGER. As a Sales Floor Manager, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining a beautiful and organized store environment, and contributing to the overall success of our team. While full-time is preferred, part-time positions will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, attentive customer service that exceeds expectations
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends to help customers make stylish and confident choices
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Assist with receiving, tagging, and organizing inventory
- Keep the sales floor neat, clean, and visually appealing
- Monitor stock levels and help with restocking and merchandising
- Operate the register, process transactions, and handle returns or exchanges
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
- Participate in store events, promotions, and seasonal floor resets
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but it's not required
- A genuine interest in fashion and styling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to lift and move boxes and stand for extended periods
