Jewelry Sales Associate
| We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused full-time Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team! As a key part of our retail experience, you will be responsible for helping customers find the perfect pieces, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting day-to-day operations in the store. Responsibilities: -Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting customers and offering knowledgeable assistance. -Help customers select jewelry pieces that suit their needs and style preferences. -Assist with taking in jewelry repairs, completing intake forms, and explaining the repair process. -Process and place special orders with accuracy and attention to detail. -Gift wrap purchases neatly and beautifully, maintaining a high presentation standard. -Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. -Maintain awareness of current inventory, promotions, and new arrivals. Qualifications: -Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, especially in jewelry or luxury goods. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills. -Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. -Attention to detail and a passion for presentation and aesthetics. -Comfortable handling valuable merchandise with care and professionalism. -Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. -Operate the register and handle transactions accurately and efficiently. -Work as part of a team to meet store goals and ensure a welcoming environment. |
