Regenerative Associate – Egg Collection, Washing & Packaging

Job Description:
We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our regenerative farm team. This position focuses on daily egg handling and poultry care tasks to ensure clean, high-quality farm eggs for our customers.
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hands-on work, and values regenerative agriculture.
Hours will vary week to week depending on production needs, typically ranging from 25–40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
• Collect eggs from nest boxes multiple times per day
• Wash, dry, candle, and package eggs according to farm standards
• Label and organize cartons for storage and distribution
• Change and wash nest box mats regularly to maintain clean laying areas
• Monitor nest boxes and report any issues with hens or egg production
• Maintain a clean and organized egg washing and packing area
• Assist with basic farm chores as needed

Requirements:
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to lift 40–50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable working around chickens and farm environments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous farm experience is helpful but not required (training provided)
