Craddock Construction Company, Inc. is expanding, and we need both experienced
Carpenters and motivated Carpentry Helpers to join our crew in the Starkville area. We
handle everything from residential remodels and custom framing to commercial build-
outs, so your days will never be boring.

 Are you a seasoned Pro? If you can read plans, frame a wall, spin trim, and teach
a helper without losing your cool, we want you.
 Are you green but want to learn? If you show up on time every day, work hard,
and know how to use a tape measure, we will teach you the rest of the trade.

The basics: You must have a driver's license, your own reliable ride to get to work, and
the physical stamina to work hard in all weather conditions.

We offer good pay, steady hours, and a solid crew to work with.

What You Will Do:
 Carpenters: Rough framing, exterior layout, interior finish, and blueprint reading.
 Helpers: Tool management, material handling, precise cutting, and site cleanup.

What We Need:
 Carpenters: 3+ years of verifiable field experience + own basic hand tools.
 Helpers: Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn the trade.
 Both: Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a commitment to job site safety.
