Join our team as a Framing Design & Production Associate, where you'll assist customers in creating custom framing solutions while supporting the flow of day-to-day production in our frame shop. In this hands-on role, you’ll provide professional and friendly design assistance, ensuring every customer enjoys a positive, personalized experience. Responsibilities include measuring and cutting materials, using framing equipment, maintaining a clean and safe workspace, and contributing to overall store operations. Retail or customer service experience is preferred, and the role involves regular movement, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with custom frame design and selection

• Complete framing orders with accuracy and quality

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace

• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately

• Build lasting customer relationships through excellent service

• Use framing tools and equipment, including glass cutters

• Help customers find items throughout the store

• Uphold company values and act as a positive team role model

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be available to work 8–10 hours Monday through Saturday
