Social Content Creator
Key Mission: Develop and manage the restaurant’s social media presence to
engage customers and promote campaigns/events.
Key Objectives
1. Content Creation: Design, write, and schedule engaging posts for platforms like
Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter (X), showcasing menu items, events, community involvement, & promotions.
2. Campaign Integration: Ensure social media content supports campaigns developed by the Marketing Director, supports CFA corporate platforms and promotes upcoming events.
3. Engagement: Monitor/respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
Analytics: Track metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth; report performance to the MD
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends and propose new ideas for improving online presence.
Skills/Characteristics:
Self Initiative/Motivation: Ability to self manage time and responsibilities.
Growth Mind-Set: Commitment to continual growth in both Chick-fil-A brand culture and standards and social media marketing skill sets
Creative Design: Minimum baseline skills in graphic design programming and photography (ex. Canva or other platforms) with a viewable portfolio.
Time Commitment: 5-10 hours per week (variable based on workload)
Pay Structure: Hourly $17-$20
SUCCESS METRICS
Completed execution of social content monthly calendar
Successful completion of Phased Development Plan as determined by MD
Followers/Shares/Engagement reflect + % trend 90 days rolling
