Project Scheduler
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Coordination
Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules using tools like MS Project,
Smartsheet, or Primavera.
Monitor progress, identify scheduling conflicts or risks, and communicate updates
to stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure
timelines are met.
Project Management
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, time, and
budget.
Support team in reaching project objectives, deliverables, and KPIs
Manage project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communication.
Identify and manage project risks and issues proactively.
Facilitate Planning, Job Management (Create, verification and Closing)
Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring
transparency and alignment.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related
field.
3+ years of experience in project management and/or technical program
management.
Strong proficiency in project scheduling tools and frameworks (e.g., Gantt charts,
critical path analysis).
Experience managing software or technical projects in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid
methodologies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, tech-driven
environment.
Familiarity with tools like SmartSheet, Production ERP Systems (Epicor)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity.
