Position: Lead Voortman Operator      Pay: $24   Shift: 10:00 PM-6:00 AM Sun - Thurs 

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor a team of up to 3 workers operating the Voortman machine.

• Assign tasks and ensure timely and accurate completion.

• Maintain accountability and productivity within the team.

• Operate the Voortman CNC machine to cut structural steel components including beams, angles, tubes, and channels.

• Load raw materials using overhead cranes.

• Unload finished products manually or by crane onto pallets or flatbed trailers.

• Ensure production targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a lead production worker or machine operator.

• Strong knowledge of CNC operations.

• Proficient in overhead crane usage.

Other Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred).

• Ability to work night shifts and maintain productivity standards.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
