We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Paralegal for our client. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of legal procedures and documentation, with the ability to manage complex legal matters, support attorneys in high-level tasks to help prepare for trail. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our legal operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to attorneys on a wide range of legal matters, including litigation & work independently
Draft, review, and proofread legal documents including pleadings, contracts, settlement agreements, and corporate filings.
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on statutes, regulations, and case law.
Manage discovery processes including document collection, review, and production.
Maintain case files, legal databases, and ensure proper documentation management.
Assist with preparing for hearings, trials, and meetings including exhibits, witness lists, and briefing materials.
Track deadlines, court dates, and manage calendars for attorneys.
Interact with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and regulatory agencies as needed.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external legal requirements

Qualifications/Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a paralegal with Civil Law

Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional knowledge of legal terminology, research methods, and litigation processes.
Strong understanding of federal and state court systems, including e-filing procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superior attention to detail and organizational abilities.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
