Job Requirement:

• 24 hour responsibility for the management, organization, and overall operation of L&D, nursery, and postpartum/pediatric departments.
• Guides the staff in these departments to deliver consistent professional high quality care to the patients served.
• Responsible for managing budgets, predicting revenues, and handling expenditures.
• Current MS RN license with BSN from an accredited school of nursing required.
• Supervisory experience preferred with knowledge and skills appropriate for the care of patient population served.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP certifications required.
