Duties & Responsibilities:
Depending on placement (Line Cook, Prep, Dishwasher), responsibilities include:

Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to recipe and quality standards.

Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies.

Follow safe food handling and sanitation guidelines.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.

Support fellow team members to keep service running smoothly.

Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.

Assist with prep work such as chopping, portioning, or labeling.

Pay & Growth:

Starting pay: $9-$20 hourly depending on experience and role.

Schedule & Requirements:

Flexible scheduling, nights and weekends required.

Previous BOH experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

Must be dependable, work well under pressure, and able to stand for extended periods.
