Client Care & Service Specialist
Full-time • In-person • Monday through Friday Columbus, Mississippi
We’re looking for the next great addition to our Care & Service Team at Financial Concepts. This role is all about taking care of people. If you're detail oriented, warm, patient, and love helping others, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
• Help clients put their financial plans into action
• Prepare and process paperwork accurately
• Keep clear, thorough notes to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Follow tasks from start to finish with a sense of ownership
• Communicate with clarity and empathy, simplifying complex situations
• Support advisors with client correspondence, scheduling, and reports
• Spot inefficiencies and speak up when you see a better way
What We’re Looking For
• Professional, dependable, and highly organized
• A clear and thoughtful communicator
• Great listener and strong note-taker
• Comfortable learning new systems and using technology
• Patient, compassionate, and trustworthy
• Able to handle confidential information
• Experience in an office or client-service environment is helpful but not required
