Now Hiring: Crew Leader – Construction (Full-Time, M–F 7am–5pm) 

Location: Starkville, MS
Pay: $22–$25/hr (Based on Experience)

We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Crew Leader to oversee a small construction team (up to 3 workers).  

 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a crew of up to 3 workers
• Delegate daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow
• Conduct quality checks on all job tasks
• Handle job site paperwork, including bidding documentation
• Ensure safe, productive work practices at all times

 Experience & Skills Required:

• Extensive carpentry background
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
• Proficiency with hand tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Prior leadership or crew management experience preferred
