Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional front office receptionist for client in Starkville, MS.  The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, agents, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations and supporting the closing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients, agents, and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for closings and meetings.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Prepare and organize closing folders and documents as needed.
• Assist with data entry and document scanning.
• Communicate effectively with title agents, lenders, and real estate professionals.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in real estate, legal, or title industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with title and escrow processes.
• Experience with document management systems.
