Job Overview
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle customer inquiries, and assist with office tasks. This role requires a blend of customer service skills, administrative capabilities, and computer proficiency. ## Duties - Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents - Assist with customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations - Conduct proofreading tasks for various documents - Utilize Google Suite for document creation and management - Support real estate administrative tasks as needed - Maintain front desk reception duties including greeting visitors and answering calls ## Qualifications - Prior experience in customer service and administrative roles is preferred - Proficiency in Google Suite and general computer literacy is required - Knowledge of real estate administrative procedures is a plus - Strong phone etiquette and customer support skills are essential - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience working in a front desk or dental office setting is beneficial This is a paid position with opportunities for growth within our organization.
