In this role, you'll be working alongside the providers, documenting patient histories, managing charts, and managing clinic flow.Responsibilities:- Documentation during patient evaluations- Prepare patient charts and assist with follow-up documentation- Maintain up-to-date and accurate medical records- Support clinical tasks (vitals, rooming, venipuncture, medication
