Yoga & Sanctuary Night
Join Jenn Cormier founder of Connecticut-based Sukhasala (Dwelling in Ease and Joy) and Lindsey Wilson co-founder of Starkville's Sweet Gum Springs Apothecary, as they create a nourishing Yoga & Sanctuary Night for you to lay down all your worries, rejuvenate, and restore.
This Yoga & Sanctuary Night will offer a practice of gentle yoga movements, and healing Mantra (sounds) and Mudras (hand positions) to bring alignment to your energetic body. These tools will be offered for you to take home and practice in your own time and space.
