Join Volunteer Starkville and the MSU Maroon Volunteer Center for a service project at West Oktibbeha Elementary School in Sturgis, MS on Monday, January 19, 2015 from 10:30 am - 1:00 pm in honor of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service.
We need approximately 30-40 volunteers to help with both indoor and outdoor project needs at West Oktibbeha Elementary School. Volunteer tasks include raking leaves, power washing the front sidewalk, removing vines from fences along playground and football field, sweeping/mopping classrooms & hallways, wiping down desks & white boards, etc. If you can lend a helping hand and would like to volunteer, contact Jamey Bachman at jamey@volunteerstarkville.org or 662.268.2865.
