The goal of this seminar is to give an entry-level basis of key terms one should be familiar with when purchasing income-producing proerties. Key terms include capitalization rate, gross rent multiplier, leverage, return on investment, net operating income, debt servicing and many more. After attending this seminar, one should have at least a basic konwledge of being able to evaluate a purchase and better forecast the potential profitability of the property. Risks are involved with any form of financial investment, and this does not exclude real estate transactions. An informed purchaser should be able to help minimize their assumed risks.
